Role Description . Showcase strong technical knowledge, machine setting, and operating knowledge. . Supervise the milling team and CNC team. . Managing Joinery planning schedule and distribute the workload within the team. . Understanding of the setting out process, reading and following the drawings . Review the constructing and proving CNC programs for components/designs. . Highlight any errors in drawings or material issue to milling section. . Feedback on possible queries and errors in cutting list by liasioning with Setting Out team. . Training and development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined processes. . Assist with the management and planning of production / workload in accordance with business priorities. . Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to drive cost, manpower output, quality, and delivery objectives. . Sound knowledge of appropriate cutting data for machining a variety of materials to guide the team. . Ensure accurate production reporting on regular basis and presenting in weekly status meetings. . Efficiently manage NCR system and give feedback to the Planning department for all the issues / concerns faced. . Health and Safety measurement - Monitoring and enforcing Health and Safety at factory. . Adherence to 5s in the milling section . Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders and factory coordination

Candidate Requirements . 12 years of minimum experience in furniture manufacturing factory with at least 5 years working at a supervisory level handling a team. . Knowledge of the machineries and processes in Milling section. . IT-literate - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. . Ability to handle a team with strong interpersonal skills. . Ability to manage the time in order to achieve deadlines. . Ability to communicate effectively in 'business English' both in writing and orally. . Very strong technical and execution abilities
