We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator with strong knowledge in manual programming and hands-on experience in operating conventional and CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading engineering drawings, setting up machines, and producing precision components to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate milling machines (CNC and/or conventional) to perform precision machining of metal parts.
Perform manual programming (G-code) at the machine control panel as required.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Set up tools, workpieces, jigs, and fixtures on the milling machine.
Adjust machine settings for speed, feed, and depth of cut.
Inspect and measure finished parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Ensure that all work meets quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to improve output.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines and tools.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
