Roles & Responsibilities: - \xc2\xa7 Receiving the incoming wheat and determining the quantities of stocks that are in silos for production. \xc2\xa7 Supervising Production process. \xc2\xa7 Implement of Production Process. \xc2\xa7 Coordinate with the maintenance personnel and raise requests when there are any problems. \xc2\xa7 Ensures the additives prepared by Laboratory Dept. properly used & mixed during milling Process. \xc2\xa7 Supervises & control the milling process to achieve the target stipulated for flour extraction rate. \xc2\xa7 Control the computerized system and PLC at the Intake Tower & Mill Control Rooms. Qualifications & Experience: \xc3\xbc Bachelor\'s degree in an agriculture, food technology or any related field. \xc3\xbc Minimum of 5 years work experience in a flour mill industry. \xc3\xbc Display great organizational skills with an understanding on prioritization and driving results. \xc3\xbc Detailed understanding of production/ assembly equipment, and its interrelationship in regard to production work flow. \xc3\xbc Experience in lean manufacturing concepts, and quality measurements.
