Key Responsibilities

Prepare bubble tea, smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks following standard recipes. Ensure proper presentation and portioning of all beverages. Monitor and maintain drink quality (e.g., pearl texture, tea strength). Operate tea machines, blenders, and other equipment. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies; report shortages promptly. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Explain the menu, recommend drinks, and upsell toppings or add-ons. Handle payments via cash, POS systems, and digital wallets. Deliver friendly and efficient service to encourage repeat business. Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and dining area. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Support team members with opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with POS systems (Micros experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts. High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness. Fluent in English. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Applicants residing in RAK or willing to travel to RAK are preferred. Willing to relocate to RAK
