Strong ability to
read and interpret complex engineering drawings
and fabricate components to precise specifications.
Skilled in
tack welding, fitting, and assembly
--must be able to prepare parts for final welding with minimal supervision.
Capable of working
independently from the kitting stage through to final assembly
, ensuring all components are aligned, measured, and squared correctly before final weld.
Able to
fabricate freehand
(not solely reliant on jigs), using measurement tools, levels, and other layout equipment.
Marking out
,
dimension checking
Leveling
,
squaring
, and
final adjustments
to achieve fabrication tolerances
Experience with
different types of welding wires, materials (carbon steel, stainless, etc.)
, and welding positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
Additional experience in
structural steel fabrication
is welcome. Candidates with the core skill set described above will be considered even if their background is in less complex assemblies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
