for skilled and enthusiastic Mid-Level Interior Designers

Professional Requirements:

? 4-6 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the UAE

? Proficiency in AutoCAD (

MUST

), Sketchup (

MUST

), Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, and other design software

? Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visionary abilities

? Time management skills, ability to multi-task, problem-solving skills

? Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently

? Ability to assess, interpret, and apply client standards

? Capable of being a design critic to evaluate work done in-house or externally

? Experience in Luxury Residential, Hospitality, F&B, and Commercial sectors

? Must be based in Dubai

? Great personality!!!

Responsibilities:

? Design and develop plans and drawings for different spaces

? Preparation of design - includes space planning and overall layout, architecture and furniture selection, FF&E that work in the space

? Create designs and mood boards following the design brief

? Collaborate with other team members including contractors, engineers, and other designers, and ensure that designs are in line with client requirements and project specifications

? To communicate on a regular basis with Senior Designers and Project managers to ensure that all designs are approved by all parties involved and that they are submitted within deadlines

? Manage project documentation including plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets

? Prepare and present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback

? Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan and to identify potential issues

? Review and analyse project budgets, timelines, and scopes, and make recommendations to ensure that projects are completed on time

? Coordinate with other teams and departments within the organisation
