ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-level digital strategist to support the growth of the Infrastructure
pillar of Consulum's digital offering in the Middle East.
The successful candidate must have experience of developing and delivering exceptional
digital products leveraging agile methodologies working with clients; creating and
presenting digital strategies, and; experience working within government or business.
The candidate must have a can-do spirit who can work well with the digital and account
teams.
LOCATION
Riyadh/Dubai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple concurrent client projects end-to-end in terms of scope, timeline, budget and quality.
Serve as a digital liaison, creating briefings and documents for the client and supporting strategy development and activation for Infrastructure.
Translate complex technical concepts (e.g. Agile vs. Waterfall delivery) into clear language for clients.
Plan, attend, and support client engagement and help to cultivate relationships. Also, deliver briefings and manage interactions.
Support the creation and delivery of best-in-class digital infrastructure products and services for clients. Such as websites, apps, SEO, virtual worlds, data and business intelligence services.
Liaise with external vendors to oversee execution.
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across deliverables, quality, and timelines.
Identify opportunities to add value or expand the client relationship through digital transformation initiatives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential skills
Management consulting fundamentals - structured problem solving, client communication, and high-quality deck creation.
Digital and product understanding -knowledge of product development methodologies (Agile, MVP, UX/UI, etc.) and comfort managing web, AI, or platform-related projects.
Project management discipline - able to lead multi-stakeholder workstreams, track deliverables, and coordinate technical vendors.
Strategic storytelling - able to help frame digital opportunities for clients and contribute to proposal and pitch development.
Intelligence - structured, logical thinking and presentation: the ability to develop
and deliver comprehensive analyses and coherent presentations.
People - the ability to influence people.
Excellent written and spoken business English.
At least 2-3 years years' experience in digital disciplines
Desirable skills
Understanding of verbal or written Arabic
Excellent writing and presentational skills
Experience in creating innovative digital solutions eg. VR, Meta, AI
Exposure to marketing digital propositions
Proficiency in SEO optimisation
Excellent organisational skills and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently, but also display solid team working skills
Analytical skills and tactical judgement.
