Key Responsibilities:

Manage the software release process, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries.

Facilitate communication across teams, aligning priorities and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for efficient delivery.

Establish clear release schedules and milestones, keeping stakeholders informed.

Monitor and mitigate risks that may impact delivery timelines and dependencies.

Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a software delivery or project management role.

Proven expertise in coordinating software releases and working across multiple functions.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to drive process improvements without enforcing a specific methodology (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with release management and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.

Background in software development and testing is a must.

Experience in organizations with evolving project workflows.

Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer since is a plus.
