Mid Level Corporate / Commercial Lawyer
Job Description
We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, consultancy, and services contracts.
Advise on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements to support operations across the UAE and GCC.
Provide day-to-day corporate support, including licensing and regulatory filings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver practical solutions to commercial and legal issues.
Qualifications
Bilingual Arabic-English lawyer with 4-7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation in the UAE/GCC market.
Ability to manage compliance and licensing matters, balancing regulatory requirements with commercial needs.
Excellent advisory and communication skills with the ability to support multiple business units.
Salary: AED 30K-35K per month.
