BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Special Security Representative to support the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) operations in Kuwait and/or Jordan. What You'll Do: This role will include, but is not limited to, personnel security management including adjucation of clearances for contract personnel, clearance applications, etc.; as well as the security policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Ensuring proper level of security clearance is held by contractors for the SCIF(s) and/or technology they utilize in their role. You'll Bring These Qualifications At least four years of experience in compartmented programs in DoD/IC Associates Degree OR four additional years DoD experience with strong job-related experience and special skills Special skills or qualifications (all required) - Ability to work with customers and provide special security support Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities IAW DCID 1/12 standard Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes Working knowledge of AR 25-50 Working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include NISPOM, NISPOM supplement, DCIDS, DoD and DIA M-1 Manual Bachelor's Degree Two to four years' experience in security training or security inspections Deployed experience in Iraq or Afghanistan preferred CDSE Certificate in Security, (Generalist) Company Overview: BTS Software Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business who are community-focused innovators who transform ideas into technology to serve people.
