Job Description
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the design, development, testing, debugging, delivery and support of API and middleware integration development.
o Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS and Google
o IaaS, PaaS and SaaS paradigm and enabling technologies
o Key application infrastructure components such as VMware, storage (NAS, SAN, SMB), Java JVM, networking (firewall, load balancing, proxies)
o Developing modern application integrations based on Microservices, Event-Driven and API driven architecture
o Understanding of business systems (e.g., SAP Applications) and business processes (supply chain, lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.)
The Candidate will be an experienced consultant who is organized, reliable and has a proven track record. Used to working with and getting the best from project and support teams. You will provide the solution design skills that complement the ability of EIT to deliver its promise.
Products: Dell Boomi, Broadcom APIM products, Microsoft Event Hub, SAP ERP (IS Auto and IS Retail).

Desired Technical Skills
13 or more years of experience in project management in IT and business/industry • 5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities • 3 years of managing teams • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field • Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) • Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.

2-5 years experience in Broadcom API development.
3-5 years experience of Boomi development.
Experience in working in PODs or in an Agile environment as an API developer partnering successfully with other POD members
Proven experience in developing and implementing high performing and scalable API Products
Advocate of API-First Design Methodology and familiarity with concepts of Channel, Process and System APIs
Designing Consumer-Friendly APIs and respective Data Models (JSON/XML) using Open API Specifications (Swaggers)
Strong understanding of the ins and outs of the API management platform, preferably Broadcom / CA API Management Suite, to implement API Orchestration, API Security, API Metering, and other API Management functions that support the scaling of APIs per standards consistent across the organization
Best practices in API Design and Development
Synchronous and Asynchronous APIs
Proven ability in implementation and support for 3 full project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity (Required).
Proven ability to design and optimize application integration processes across disparate systems
Enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application integration patterns including ESB, MDM, JMS, KAFKA, REST, SOAP web services, databases, ETL
Proven ability to robustly engage cross-functional SAP teams to manage design, delivery and testing of end-to-end integration activities
Experience and Exposure working in Agile methodology & DevSecOPs environments
Troubleshooting and status tracking of messages
Performance Tuning
Experience with Alert configuration in middleware tools
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services
Knowledge of Java development will be an advantage
Experience in SAP-POS integration will be a big plus
Experience in EDI integrations.
Experience of working in the Retail/Automotive/Real Estate/Trading industries will be highly regarded
A degree in Information Systems or related discipline
Dell Boomi or other middleware certification will be a plus

- Dell Boomi administration working knowledge or concepts.
- Development/scripting skills with Java, Groovy, JavaScript
- Ability to balance multiple support cases concurrently
