Our client, one of the leading MS Dynamics partners (with headcount of around 15+) sister Concern in consulting business is looking for a Microsoft Technical CRM Resource in Dubai with 7-10 years of experience. JD for CRM Technical

• Responsible for software design, analysis, development and implementation of web and client server application using Microsoft Technology.
• Hands on capability with Web Services, Windows Services, and SQL Server.
• Experience in deployi.ng Plug-ins, Developing, Debugging, Java script extensions for CRM.
• Experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK .
• Experience in developing applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM by customizing entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in implementing Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) Concepts including Inheritance, Abstraction, Encapsulation and Polymorphism.
• Participate in design and code reviews Dynamics CRM/365.
• Used Ajax, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end web development.
• Worked experience on the source control software packages.
• Experience in writing Plug-in in C# Language, JavaScript using Visual Studio.
• Should have worked on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, customization and deployment.
• Dynamics CRM/365 Integration/Migration experience (exp. w/ tools such as SSIS, Scribe, Kingsway Soft)
• Experience in IIS, Web Services.
• Knowledge on WCF, MVC, LINQ and NHibernate.
• Experience in writing Queries and Stored Procedure and Database design.
• Expertise in full project life cycle development for implementation and integration with understanding of technology focused on delivering business solutions.
• Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Create test cases and execute unit test plans for Dynamics CRM/365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues.
• Responsible for maintaining systems documentation Dynamics CRM/365.

Competencies

• 10+ years of experience which includes programming experience in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, C#.NET, with MS-SQL Server database.
• Knowledge with SQL and SSIS.
• Performed end to end CRM Implementations and Integrations.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Must practice the highest level of confidentiality for organization's intellectual property.
• Adapt to changes in work (i.e. new process requirements or specifications).
• Adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications is plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
