Job Purpose: Responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI solutions for the group. Responsibilities: Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to requirements. Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Gather requirements, design and configure customizations, and test new functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Provide functional and technical support to clients and resolve any issues. Create and update technical documentation and user manuals for the implemented solutions. Train end-users on how to use the implemented solutions. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI technologies and trends. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. At least 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Experience with Microsoft Power BI. Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be implemented in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and/or Microsoft Power Automate. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
