We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Sales and Customer Engagement modules), and a proven track record in consultative selling, client engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft Business Applications.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to propose tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with Microsoft account managers and partners for joint go-to-market strategies.
Stay current with product updates, roadmap, and industry trends.
Create and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM entries.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Solid understanding of CRM concepts and business processes (sales, marketing, customer service).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Partner Network or directly with Microsoft teams is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
