• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Architect solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins, to meet client requirements.
• Design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications).
• Define data models and entities to support business processes, reporting, and analytics within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Implement security models and roles to ensure data protection and compliance with industry regulations.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, data models, and configuration guides.
• Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the CRM solution meets performance and scalability requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Extensive experience (15+ years) working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE components.
• Experience with data integration and migration strategies.
• Solid understanding of security models and role-based access control.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
