• Serve as a System Analyst and team member for Dynamics 365 CE applications.

• Conduct in-depth system analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Lead end-to-end implementations for Dynamics 365 CE projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, requirements, and business functionalities.

• Utilize both predictive and adaptive project management techniques to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, ensuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Take a lead role in Power Apps initiatives, creating custom business applications integrated with Dynamics 365 CE.

• Utilize Power Platform tools for Dynamics 365 CE projects, including creating prototypes, business requirements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Ensure integration of Dynamics CE as an effective layer platform within the organizational architecture.

• CBAP Diploma from IIBA (Certified Business Analysis Professional). (this is a Must)

• PMP Diploma from PMI (Project Management Professional). (This is a must)

• MCP Credential from Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Professional). (This is a must)

• Extensive 8-year experience in Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, Project Service Automation, Power App Portal, and Resource Scheduling.

• Strategic mindset with enthusiasm for the latest industry and technology trends.

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

• Proven problem-solving skills and effective change management.

• Deadline-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
