currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations We have a support agreement with a Microsoft licensed provider, however we have a lot of minor day to day requirements such as:- User support for all functions, entries, updates, and checking after users
- Technical support for errors and bugs
- Minor fixes by checking workflow code, adjusting reports
- Coordination with the vendor to fix bigger issues
