Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, configuring the system to meet business needs across departments like finance, sales, and supply chain.
Functional consultant experience on business central or Navision.
Support day-to-day operations by creating and maintaining key master data such as GL accounts, dimensions, customers, vendors and items.
Serve as the main point of contact for all ERP users, addressing error resolution and managing new requirements.
Continuously monitor system performance and gather user feedback to recommend further system enhancements and upgrades.
Managing and maintaining MySQL databases and ERP backup.
Proactively identify and address potential issues before they cause significant errors or downtime.
Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of host and email servers by managing user accounts, firewall settings, and backups.
Experience: 3-5 years
