Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to support and enhance the digital workplace capabilities of our client in Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site, 12-month contract role requiring a proactive professional with strong technical and operational capabilities in Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external clients to troubleshoot and optimize M365 solutions
• Ensure platform performance, availability, and security in alignment with organizational standards
• Deliver support and guidance to end-users on Microsoft 365 usage and best practices
• Participate in internal and client technical discussions to resolve issues and implement improvements

Operational Capabilities:

• Act as the primary on-site escalation point for Microsoft 365-related incidents
• Triage and prioritize incidents reported by the customer; ensure accurate logging by offshore support teams
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between offshore support and on-site stakeholders
• Verify and validate issue resolutions before updating the customer
• Ensure all change requests are documented, approved, and controlled before implementation
• Coordinate with offshore teams to fulfill standard service requests promptly
• Validate alerts escalated by offshore teams and perform initial on-site diagnostics
• Provide regular status updates to business users and IT leadership on ongoing technical issues
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting and managing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a mixed onsite/offshore support environment
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability

Contract Details:

• Duration: Minimum 12 months
• Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
