Job Title:

Microsoft Dynamics Specialist - Retail Experience

Job Purpose:

To provide expert-level support, implementation, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions in a retail environment. The role ensures optimization of core retail operations such as sales, inventory, POS, and customer service through effective use of Dynamics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze retail business requirements and design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics AX Retail). Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems for retail operations, focusing on areas like Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement. Customize modules and workflows to meet day-to-day operational needs of retail stores and franchises. Integrate Dynamics with other retail systems, including ERP, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and loyalty programs. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, operations) to identify and translate business needs into technical solutions. Generate dashboards and reports using Power BI or other analytics tools to support business decision-making. Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support to ensure effective use of the system. Monitor and apply updates or new features to the Microsoft Dynamics platform as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of

3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics

in the

retail industry

. Strong knowledge and experience with at least one of the following:

Dynamics 365 Commerce

Dynamics AX for Retail

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

(Retail module) Deep understanding of retail business operations, including store management, inventory control, pricing, customer loyalty, and promotions. Experience in data visualization and reporting tools, especially

Power BI

. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
