Lead and manage the seamless migration of digital infrastructure to Microsoft 365. This role requires strategic planning, project management, collaboration with stakeholders, technical proficiency, and the implementation of change management strategies.

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x94 Formulate and execute a comprehensive migration strategy and plan that aligns with the organization\'s digitalization objectives
\xe2\x80\x94 Take charge of the migration project from its inception to completion, which includes setting timelines, resource management, and ensuring adherence to budgets
\xe2\x80\x94 Possess an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, as well as the technical requirements for migration, enabling you to make well-informed decisions and resolve technical issues
\xe2\x80\x94 Implement strategies for change management to facilitate user acceptance of Microsoft 365 tools and minimize disruptions throughout the migration process
\xe2\x80\x94 Conduct training sessions and provide continuous support to end-users to optimize their utilization of Microsoft 365
\xe2\x80\x94 Collaborate with Microsoft or third-party vendors whenever necessary for technical support and issue resolution

Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x94 A Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science, business management, or a related field is a prerequisite
\xe2\x80\x94 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of leading substantial migrations or digital transformation initiatives
\xe2\x80\x94 Prior experience in the specific management of Microsoft 365 migrations or cloud adoption projects is a must
\xe2\x80\x94 Proficiency in applying change management techniques and ensuring user acceptance during technology transitions is essential
