Works within Value Streams (embedded as part of the team), as part of projects or agile delivery teams, to develop solution and technology designs, standards, and build architecture runways. Works closely with Technology & Architecture to ensure the solutions defined & developed align with the agreed technology roadmaps, business capabilities, technology strategy, and are implemented as designed. Ensures solution and technology architecture standards, governance, and principles are effectively implemented within the Value Streams using the Etihad Architecture Frameworks and Tools. Develops the design and implementation of solution architecture as part of both agile and waterfall delivery, enabling innovation, cost efficiency, strategy alignment, and speed to market. Ensures solution and technology architecture assets developed for Value Streams are aligned with the DTI strategy and compliant with the enterpriseaEUR(TM)s future state architecture. Responsible for developing emergent, intentional, model-driven, solution context, and solution design that meets business requirements, strategy, and standards. Provides consultation to product and project delivery teams, identifying ways to apply new or existing technologies to support business initiatives and innovation, facilitating reuse of ideas, components, services, and patterns within the Value Stream. Defines and develops solution & technology architecture value accelerators, patterns, standards, enablers, and digital technology transformation within Value Streams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide architecture. Education & Experience

Solution architecture and technology expertise with a minimum of 8 years of experience in complex IT architecture environments. Airline industry experience is desirable. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable. Certification in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Open Certified Architect, ISEB Architecture, UML, or ArchiMate) is mandatory. Experience in aligning business and IT, driving common approaches, and delivering sustainable, reusable solutions using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
