Job Description
The Methods Engineer - MEP is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting MEP-related documentation including method statements, material submittals, inspection reports, and handing over documents. The role also involves coordination with suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submission, approval, and compliance with project requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit
MEP Method Statements
,Material Submittals
, andWork Inspection Requests (WIRs)
in accordance with project specifications. Prepare and maintainMaterial Inspection Reports
,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
,Asset Lists
, and completeHandover Documentation
. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to gather required documentation and follow up for timely approvals. Ensure all documentation is prepared in compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. Maintain proper documentation records for easy retrieval and reference. Collaborate with project teams to support smooth execution and handover of MEP works. Generate accurate reports, trackers, and dashboards usingMS Office tools
. Utilize advancedWord and Excel skills
, including data visualization and reporting, for preparing professional documentation.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Minimum 2
-5 years of experience
in MEP documentation and methods engineering within construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project documentation, and handover procedures. Proficient inMS Office
with advanced skills inWord and Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, charts, data visualization).Candidates who are willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain are welcome to apply

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
