Crash Testing, Internal & external.
Round robin testing with Customer & third parties.
Leading R & D Projects.
Conduction Lab Based Ageing Trials.
Issuing Action Plans for Cast House and Extrusion processes.
Online Extrusion & Age hardening Process Validation.
Quality Tests & Scrap Reporting.
Closely work with the Operation and Process to identify quality gaps and actively participate at the strategic and tactical action plan.
Responsible for material related question.

Automotive Standards Compliance in line with Customer Requirement, Extrusion Process Surveys, Supervision of Mechanical Testing in QC Lab, Compression Testing in Lab, Alloy Development & Lab Based trials, Key Involvement in Automotive Projects from Prototype to Mass Production.
Metallurgical Testing of Profiles & Billets, Charge weld Evaluation of Automotive Profiles (Positive impact on Productivity), Control Plan & FMEA Updates.
Action Plans for Extrusion Trials & Cast House First Castings. Completed without any Complaint or Claim from SUSPA.
Conducted Trials from lab base to industrial level for G20 Alloy Implementation in Crash Box Profiles - 3.5 times higher Productivity.
Compression Test Started to do in house.
