- Oversee metal fabrication projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion
- Supervise and guide fabrication team members
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production)
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions
Requirements
- Experience in metal fabrication, steel construction, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
