Metal Estimator
Job Description
1. Prepare accurate costings for joinery & Fit-out projects including materials, labor, and overheadsStrong Knowledge in Joinery Pricing
2. Manage the full tender process - from analyzing drawings/specs to submitting competitive bids
3. Srong Sub contractor / Supplier / Material Knowledge
4. Communicate with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify scope and requirements
5. Assist in value engineering to optimize design within budget.
6. Prepare BOQ, Scope of work and cost brakdown
Key Skills:
1. Strong background in joinery, carpentry, or fit-out industry
2. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CCS, Excel or Equivalent)
3. Strong communication and organizational abilities
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. 5+ years of relevant estimating experience within the joinery or construction industry
