This role will support the franchise team in driving Buying & Merchandising Planning best practices across MENA to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the market\xe2\x80\x99s Merchandising framework
Develop a product selection that will maximize sales, gross margin through proposed range, before every season Sell In for all Franchise Concept Stores
Proactively provide relevant in-depth analysis to support Franchise partners in their buying decisions during season (ABO\'s, ISC\'s)
Determining the Financial KPI\'s for Trade Investments for each season.
Set up & analyze key merchandising reports to understand the category performance by country and by customer.
Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
Recommend end of season management plan to Franchise Partners
Drive cross functional alignment with Own Retail, Marketing, and other departments to ensure excellence execution of the Franchise stores.
Support franchise sales team and customers before and during sell in meetings.
Assist the team in planning OTB for franchise partners.
Prepare reports for effective pre-season planning.
Coordinate with Franchise Managers for in season activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced Excel skills. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of Merchandise Buying and Planning
Experience working with extensive business size, number of stores and SKUs.
Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions.
Structured, organized & process oriented.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
