We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and the ability to ensure smooth operation of all MEP services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC units, electrical panels, wiring, pumps, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
Install, inspect, and test new MEP equipment as required.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
Follow safety procedures and comply with company and site regulations.
Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Basic computer skills (preferred).
