Job Description
Multi Skilled Talented Technician
Visa & Accommodation will be provided by the company. Only immediate joiners cancelled/visit visa
holders/own visa holder.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned daily maintenance jobs in MEP (plumbing, electrical mechanical) Maintain all electrical, heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) Ensure job is completed on time, customers are properly informed of the job details Report to supervisor all issues, complaints, job status in a clear manner
Skills
Proven experience as maintenance multi-technician Basic understanding of electrical, MEP, and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month

Diploma (Required)
Experience:
* Facility Management/Construction: 1 year (Required)
