Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

MEP Technician

to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all three disciplines and a strong understanding of MEP systems and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, etc.) Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units, split systems, and ductwork Inspect and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, power outlets, and control panels Maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, pumps, and sanitary fixtures Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and standards Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections Coordinate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors as needed Assist in the installation of new MEP systems or equipment upgrades Use tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively

Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing engineering or related field Proven experience as an MEP Technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance techniques, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic computer and report-writing skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team
