We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HVAC, plumbing and electrical services to residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain & repair A/C related issues in accordance with best practices standards Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and recommend appropriate solutions Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Keep abreast of new developments and trends in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical industries and attend training programs as required Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships with customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing plumbing and electrical work Collaborate effectively with other team members to complete projects and meet customer needs

• Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as required Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices and software applications

• Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
