Job Description

Job Purpose:

Supervising of all PPM & Reactive works

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps, motors, panel boards, HVACunits, chillers, BMS, etc. Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit, mechanical pump/ motor,exhaust fan motors and plumbing. Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors. Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site. Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensurethe correct services are delivered. Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
