Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and versatile MEP Technician to handle both electrical and plumbing systems across our properties and project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, fixtures, water supply lines, drainage systems, and related infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and control panels Inspect and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety standards Install and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems Respond to emergency repair requests and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on construction and renovation projects Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations



Requirements

Trade certification or diploma in Electrical and/or Plumbing Minimum 3 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing work Strong knowledge of safety procedures and building codes Ability to use tools and testing equipment for both trades Good communication and teamwork skills Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
