We are seeking an MEP Engineer experienced in
villa or residential projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems during construction, installation, and maintenance work.Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate MEP activities for villa projects Review design drawings, technical specifications, and material submissions Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project standards Identify and resolve technical issues with subcontractors and site teams Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field Experience in
villa or residential projects
(required) Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to read technical drawings and MEP layouts Good coordination and communication skills Driving License (Mandatory)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
