3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Replace or repair defective components to restore functionality. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Report major issues and recommend improvements to the supervisor. Collaboration: Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks or equipment supply. Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Education:


o Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems, or equivalent.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable Qualification: Minimum 3 years' experience

Work Experience:

Experience:


o 2+ years of experience in MEP installation and maintenance preferred.


o Skills:


o Proficient in diagnosing and repairing MEP systems.


o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.


o Strong problem-solving and time management skills.


o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


o Certifications:
