Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, pumps, motors, and related equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and service calls promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are working efficiently.
Maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
Prepare maintenance reports and update service records.
Drive company vehicle to different client locations as needed.
Requirements
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as an MEP Technician in UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Must be available to
join immediately
.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE Driving License
(Preferred).
