Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
Check chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, and ducts for proper function.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns promptly.
2. Electrical Systems
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, lighting, and power systems.
Test electrical circuits, wiring, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
Replace defective electrical components such as switches, outlets, fuses, and motors.
3. Plumbing Systems
Install and repair water supply and drainage systems.
Inspect and maintain pumps, valves, water heaters, and fixtures.
Detect and fix leaks or blockages in piping systems.
4. General Duties
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Follow safety protocols and comply with local building and safety codes.
Support other technicians and engineers during system commissioning and upgrades.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience (1-2 years) as an MEP Technician in construction, facilities management, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, tools, and testing instruments.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills
