Smartech Star Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable

MEP Technician

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works

with the ability to handle maintenance, repair, and installation tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with DEWA regulations. Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues, including power failures, faulty outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting systems. Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Install and connect appliances, DBs (Distribution Boards), and control panels.

Air Conditioning (HVAC) Duties:

Install, service, and repair various types of air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, FCUs). Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, and drains, and checking refrigerant levels. Diagnose and resolve AC system malfunctions, from minor faults to major component failures (e.g., compressor, thermostat). Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all HVAC systems.

General Maintenance & Additional Skills:

Perform minor carpentry repairs (e.g., doors, cabinets, windows). Handle basic painting, plastering, and tiling tasks as needed. Conduct general building maintenance and handyman duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order. The ability to read and understand drawing Fluent in English Experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, or tiling. Knowledge of fire alarm and safety systems. Ability to communicate in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu. Experience in restaurants, Kitchen hoods & exhaust

Requirements

Proven work experience as an MEP Technician (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

UAE driving license will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
