To assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across company-managed facilities, ensuring all equipment and installations function safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
Conduct daily checks of lighting, sockets, water pumps, and AC units.
Attend to breakdown calls and assist in troubleshooting minor faults.
Support senior technicians or supervisors during major repairs and installations.
Ensure all work is done following company safety procedures and quality standards.
Maintain tools, materials, and job records properly.
Report any faults, safety hazards, or material requirements to the Supervisor.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
Requirements:
ITI or technical certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in building or facilities maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of MEP systems and tools.
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
Basic communication skills in English.
