Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.
Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems as required.
Assist in minor civil and technical repairs related to MEP services.
Monitor building systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and consumables.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines during work.
Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other technical staff to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in facilities/building maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physically fit and able to work shifts/on-call duties when required.
