Installation, Maintenance, and Repair:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing various MEP systems such as HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and drainage systems.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems within MEP systems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

Preventative Maintenance:

Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of MEP systems.

Emergency Repairs:

Responding to emergency repair requests promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

System Optimization:

Calibrating and adjusting MEP equipment to ensure accurate operation and energy efficiency.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all MEP systems meet safety standards and adhering to safety regulations and protocols.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other technicians, contractors, and facility staff to address facility-wide maintenance needs.

Documentation:

Preparing reports, minutes, and other documentation related to MEP systems and maintenance activities.

Material Management:

Managing materials and tools required for maintenance and repair tasks.

Staying Updated:

Staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements in MEP systems.

Project Coordination:

Assisting in project handover phases, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring MEP systems meet specifications.

Technical Support:

Providing technical support and training to other team members or users of MEP systems.

Energy Conservation:

Identifying opportunities for energy conservation and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
