Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork).
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
Assist in installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
Electrical:
Carry out routine inspection, testing, and repair of electrical panels, wiring, DBs, and control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
Replace or upgrade lighting, switches, and electrical fixtures.
Plumbing:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and valve failures.
Install new pipes, sanitary fittings, and water supply systems.
Ensure proper functioning of pumps, water heaters, and drainage systems.
General:
Respond to reactive maintenance calls and complete tasks within SLAs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Follow HSE protocols and wear PPE at all times.
Work with other technicians and contractors as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP maintenance.
Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Familiar with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense standards.
Basic knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
