Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Technician

specializing in

Swimming Pool Construction

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in pool and aquascape projects. This role involves executing construction activities in accordance with contract requirements, company quality standards, HSE policies, and within allocated budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

MEP System Installation:

Install pumps, filtration systems, heaters/chillers, electrical panels, and related MEP infrastructure for swimming pools.

Plumbing & Drainage:

Set up plumbing systems including pipes, drainage, valves, and waterproofing.

Electrical Work:

Install and connect lighting systems, automation units, control panels, and safety switches.

Water Circulation & Treatment:

Monitor and maintain proper water flow, chemical dosing, and filtration for safe pool operation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine inspections and resolve technical issues during construction and post-completion phases.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years

of hands-on experience in MEP systems related to swimming pool and aquascape projects. Strong knowledge of pool-related MEP systems, materials, and construction practices. Familiarity with relevant safety codes and installation standards. Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with minimal supervision. Physically fit, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
