Position Overview:
As an MEP Technician at VIIA Pools and Water, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in swimming pools and aquatic facilities across Dubai. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair MEP systems in swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal pool performance.
Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all work performed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Technician or in a related field, preferably in swimming pool maintenance.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with team members and clients.
Strong technical skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing MEP systems, with a focus on swimming pool equipment.
Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and techniques used in the swimming pool industry.
Certifications in relevant areas such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license (preffered)
