Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems in residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshoot electrical panels, pumps, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Handle wiring, piping, ducting, and alignment tasks as per standards.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Accurately report job progress and completion.
Travel between job sites as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing or related field.
Min 2 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP works.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Good understanding of electrical circuits, plumbing systems, and mechanical maintenance.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous:
Hands-on experience with installation or servicing of jacuzzis, hot tubs, or swimming pools.
