mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
, with a proven track record in Dubai-based technical services companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems across residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose faults and carry out corrective maintenance on electrical panels, HVAC units, plumbing lines, and pumps.
Install and commission MEP components according to specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and customer service teams to ensure timely job execution.
Complete job reports and update records accurately after every service.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience in Dubai
in a similar role within
technical services or facilities management companies
.
Strong knowledge in
electrical works, HVAC servicing, plumbing systems, and general maintenance
.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
UAE Manual Driving License is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
