We are looking for the below position.

Job Responsibility:

Perform all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work in the hotel, including R&M.
Able to identify the Root cause and trouble shoot the equipment\xe2\x80\x99s(Water tanks, Chillers, all type of pumps, Pool filtration systems, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment including air handlers, DX Units, motors, variable speed drives (VSDs) and control) & electrical circuits.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Maintain and repair all Plumbing and Sanitary work in the Hotel in accordance with the preventive maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
To Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the categories of Masonry, carpentry and finish skills, energy conservation, and/or general building.
