Job Description
:
- Carrying out periodic preventive maintenance for the mechanical, electrical & plumbing as per job requirement.
- Troubleshooting and rectifying any issues related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing lines.
- Attending call outs to identify and rectify any issues like AC cooling problem, water leakage, short circuit, power failure, pump failure etc.
- Modification or installation of new energy system that could include (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Assisting with other technicians for all MEP related activities
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management.
- Require min 4years work experience in Middle East in Facility Management/MEP division
- ITI/Diploma certified
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read drawing and perform task with minimal supervision
- Preference give to candidate who are inside UAE
