Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

MEP Technician

to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

in buildings or project sites. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, technically sound, and capable of performing scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

installation, repair, and maintenance

of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as per project specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC units, electrical panels, wiring, switches, pumps, drainage, and water supply systems. Conduct

routine inspections and preventive maintenance

on MEP systems. Assist in

equipment testing, commissioning, and handover

procedures. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics. Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to complete work orders efficiently. Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and issues identified. Ensure adherence to

QHSE standards and local authority regulations

during all activities. Report any faults, incidents, or observations requiring management attention. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI/Certificate

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) or relevant trade. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in MEP maintenance or installation in Facility Managment. Hands-on experience in working with HVAC, pumps, motors, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures. Basic knowledge of safety practices and regulatory standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work in shifts or respond to emergency calls as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

GCC or Qatar experience preferred. Valid Qatar ID and

transferable visa

(with NOC).
