Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mechanical Systems (HVAC & Equipment)

Install and maintain air conditioning units (Split, Package, Ducted, VRF, and Chillers). Perform preventive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and compressors. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, replacing worn-out parts as needed. Monitor system performance and suggest energy-saving improvements. Assist in testing and commissioning HVAC systems for new projects.

2. Electrical Systems

Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, DB panels, and MCC panels. Conduct insulation resistance tests, earth tests, and other preventive checks. Troubleshoot faults in electrical circuits and equipment using testing tools. Ensure all installations comply with Kahramaa - approved standards and load calculations. Support electrical fit-out work for projects and renovations.

3. Plumbing & Drainage Systems

Install and repair water supply lines, sanitary fixtures, pumps, valves, and drainage systems. Conduct preventive maintenance for water tanks, booster pumps, and sewage systems. Troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues. Ensure all plumbing works follow Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and safety protocols.

4. General Maintenance & Reporting

Perform daily inspections and respond promptly to breakdowns. Maintain logs and checklists of preventive maintenance schedules. Prepare daily/weekly reports for supervisors and engineers. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for spare parts and equipment.

5. Safety & Compliance

Follow QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures and company safety policies. Use proper PPE and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures when working on live systems. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and site-specific safety regulations. Report any hazards or unsafe practices immediately to management.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,300.00 per month
